Creativity: the path of research in theme

Abstract

Given the recognized importance of creativity for personal, educational, professional, and social development, the present study aimed to identify the different literature reviews, meta-analyzes, and state-of-the-art research published on the subject, both in the context national and international. For this, a search in the Google Scholar, Scielo, and Pepsic databases was carried out, seeking to identify literature review articles about creativity. A total of 67 research were found, 49 of which were international and 18 Brazilian research. Information about the authors, database consulted, period analyzed, number of articles included in the study’s review and objective were identified in each study. The number of articles found reinforces the scientific interest in creativity, and its use in different contexts.
